Position: Artisan Pizza Maker
About: Moxie Woodfire Grill is seeking an Artisan Pizza Maker to prepare food that meets current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations by following established policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will ensure the provision of safe and high-quality food service at all times, assembling, cooking, cutting, and boxing pizzas, and may also be involved in dough preparation and food portioning for baking.
Requirements: High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma required; one year of relevant experience; formal culinary training a plus; excellent communication skills, verbal and written; able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed; able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
