Position: Artisan Bread Baker

Our client, a very well-respected non-profit organization, offers the Detroit community various food service dining options along with corporate & social catering at all levels. The position is for an Artisan Bread Baker with scratch baking expertise in items such as muffins, breads, cookies, pies, danish, and scones. Another essential aspect of the job is training and mentoring assistant bakers under the direction of a talented Executive Pastry Chef.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; scratch baking expertise in artisan bread and pastry items; experience in coaching and mentoring assistant bakers preferred
