Position: Artisan Baker
About: This position is for the overnight shift at a bakery. The role involves maintaining quality standards and product levels of all fresh baked artisan bread products, including mixing, shaping, scoring, and baking artisan breads, as well as providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; one year of baking experience preferred; Current Food Handler’s Permit; Basic math skills used to half or double recipes; Ability to interpret policies and procedures; Excellent organization and planning skills; Solid communication skills; Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
