Position: Artisan Baker

Currently, they are seeking an experienced baker to join their artisan bakery team, specializing in hand-crafted, high-quality breads for their retail locations.
Requirements: At least 2-3 years of relative bread baking experience; precise and organized; available for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift 50 pounds; working knowledge of mixing, scaling, shaping, proofing, and baking; ability to follow GAR formulas, processes, and procedures accurately
