Requirements: At least 2-3 years of relative bread baking experience; precise and organized; available to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift 50 pounds; working knowledge of mixing, scaling, shaping, proofing, and baking; able to create high-quality bread following GAR formulas, processes, and procedures
