About: The Madison Concourse Hotel is seeking a passionate Artisan Baker to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to craft a variety of breads, pastries, and baked treats in a dynamic kitchen environment.
Requirements: Required minimum 1 year of from-scratch pastry/bakery experience in a high-volume hotel or restaurant setting; flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed; firm understanding of precise recipe execution; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen with a positive attitude; strong attention to detail and commitment to quality baked goods; capable of standing for extended periods in a dynamic kitchen environment
