Position: Aria Host/ess FT
About: Saint Kate, a unique space that celebrates creativity, culture, and connection, is currently seeking a Host/Hostess for ARIA, an artisanal American cuisine restaurant located on the hotel’s second floor. As part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, Saint Kate – The Arts Hotel offers a modern, luxury experience with artistic flair in Milwaukee’s Theater District, catering to a diverse audience of theater enthusiasts, food connoisseurs, and entertainment seekers.
Requirements: No prior experience required; prior hospitality experience preferred; ability to effectively deal with customer complaints and concerns in a friendly and positive manner; ability to read, speak, and write the English language; maintain a clean environment and ensure area is always organized; ability to remember, recite, and promote a variety of menu items and multitask; ability to move through a crowded room to seat guests; ability to work POS system, Open Table computer and cash handling experience preferred; must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and the ability to work under pressure
