Position: Arena Host
About: The LA Clippers and Intuit Dome, one of the leading sports and entertainment venues in Inglewood, California, are seeking a Fan Experience Arena Host to join their event day team. This role involves various customer service responsibilities such as ticket greeting, fan assistance, and access control to ensure a world-class fan experience at the Intuit Dome for concerts, NBA games, and special events.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred; poise, professionalism, and excellent communication skills; ability to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays; proficiency in using technology and adapting to current trends; physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for prolonged periods, and work in indoor and outdoor environments; strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude towards enhancing the fan experience
