Position: Area Restaurant Manager

About: Join our team as a Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager at Seattle Tacoma International Airport (SEA) with a focus on high-volume operations and leadership in a dynamic airport restaurant environment. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred; Minimum 7 years in restaurant/food service in a management/supervisory capacity; Minimum 5 years as a Restaurant General Manager in a full-service restaurant with a bar environment; Experience as a Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager overseeing General Managers highly desired; Technical training in Full Service and Quick Service restaurant operations preferred; Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Point-of-Sale systems; Strong interpersonal skills to interact with executives, union representatives, and team members at all levels; Expertise in P&L management with the ability to coach and teach General Managers
