About: Amazon’s WW Operations is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Area Managers. As part of the Operations network responsible for delivering millions of packages daily, you will lead a team to ensure safety, quality, and performance goals are met in a fast-paced environment. The role involves coordinating the workflow from product placement to customer delivery, with a focus on maintaining customer satisfaction and team engagement.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 2+ years of employee and performance management experience; experience in Amazon (blue badge/FTE) for 2+ years; ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays
