Position: Area Manager II – Shreveport, LA

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience; 2+ years of employee and performance management experience; flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays; experience managing a team of 20+ employees; familiarity with lean techniques, process improvement, and performance metrics; strong communication and interpersonal skills; degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related field; industry experience in various sectors like retail, F&B, manufacturing, etc.
