Position: Area Manager II – Rossford, OH
About: Amazon, a global leader in e-commerce and technology, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Area Manager to join our WW Operations network. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of customer orders and ensuring operational efficiency at various stages of our fulfillment process, from storage to final delivery.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 2+ years of employee and performance management experience; 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience; work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays. Key requirements include experience managing a team of 20+ employees, performance metrics/process improvement experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field. Industry experience in retail, F&B, manufacturing, logistics, or similar environments is a plus.
