Position: Area Manager II – Colorado Spring, CO
About: Our WW Operations network delivers millions of packages and smiles to Amazon customers every day. We are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Area Managers. In this role, you will lead a team of hourly workers to maintain safety, quality, attendance, and performance standards, ensuring timely customer order deliveries. The Operations workflow comprises the First Mile, Middle Mile, and Last Mile components, all geared towards meeting customer expectations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 2+ years of employee and performance management experience; 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience; willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays; experience with process improvement techniques; managing a team of 20+ employees; excellent customer service and communication skills; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related field; industry experience in retail, F&B, military, manufacturing, automotive, biotech, electronics, energy, instrumentation, machinery, defense/aerospace, medical, cosmetics, production, or distribution environments
