Position: Area Manager

The Area Manager position is part of the plant leadership team, responsible for safety, quality, delivery, and cost outcomes within the facility, aligning with Lozier’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values. This role involves leading multiple front line leaders across various departments and shifts.
Requirements: Education: Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required; Bachelor degree in business or technical field preferred. Experience: Minimum of 7 years warehouse or manufacturing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role. Without a degree, 10 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory/lead role. Required Skills: Structured problem solving; Demonstrated understanding of production planning, scheduling, and execution, including capacity planning; Experience in driving continuous improvement. Preferred Skills: Experience and knowledge in Lean manufacturing concepts and Six Sigma; Experience with aligning process capability to internal or external customer requirements.
