Position: Area Manager

This role involves leading multiple front line leaders across various departments and shifts.
Requirements: Education: Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required; Bachelor degree in business or technical field preferred. Experience: Minimum of 7 years warehouse or manufacturing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role. Without a degree, 10 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory/lead role. Required Skills: Structured problem solving; Demonstrated understanding of production planning, scheduling, and execution, including capacity planning; Experience in driving continuous improvement. Preferred Skills: Experience and knowledge in Lean manufacturing concepts and Six Sigma; Experience with aligning process capability to internal or external customer requirements.
