Position: Area Leader
About: This position is for an Area Leader reporting to the Operations Manager in the waste management industry in the Louisville, KY area. The role involves overseeing waste, recycling, and compost collection across multiple communities and leading a team of Service Valets to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; supervisory experience preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; ability to efficiently oversee associates across multiple communities; highly adaptable to changing environments; strong communication and leadership skills; dedication to upholding integrity and ethical standards in work; valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles in compliance with regulations.
