Position: Area Leader
About: Sweetgreen, a fast-casual restaurant chain on a mission to build healthier communities by connecting people to real food, is seeking an Area Leader to oversee multiple locations and drive performance improvements while fostering a positive team-oriented environment. Every day, sweetgreen team members create food from scratch using fresh ingredients, ensuring quality and satisfaction in each meal.
Requirements: 5+ years of prior restaurant experience with 3+ years of multi-unit management; Proven experience balancing focus on new store openings and existing business performance; Strong communication skills; Highly organized and adaptable; 2+ years of experience in front and back of house operations; Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; Belief in sweetgreen’s core values
