The Area Leader will supervise a team of Service Valets, ensuring efficient operations and service excellence within the designated area.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; supervisory experience preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; ability to efficiently oversee associates across multiple communities; highly adaptable to changing circumstances; skilled in managing schedules, timecards, and administrative tasks; ability to review operational metrics and implement targeted solutions; strong communicator with the ability to inspire and engage associates; dedicated to upholding high standards of integrity and ethical conduct
