Position: Area Leader
About: Valet Living is seeking an Area Leader to oversee waste, recycling, and compost collection across multifamily communities. This role involves managing a team of Service Valets, ensuring service meets high standards, and completing administrative tasks. The position offers an hourly pay range of $22.50-$24.00 with a flexible schedule and field and home office work environments. A company vehicle is provided for work duties.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; supervisory experience preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to oversee multiple communities efficiently; adaptable and skilled in managing schedules; strong communicator and motivator; commitment to integrity and professionalism; physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions; valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles.
