Position: Area Leader
About: Valet Living is a waste management company that is committed to providing efficient waste, recycling, and compost collection services for multifamily communities. The Area Leader oversees a team of part-time Service Valets to ensure high service standards and seamless operations within the assigned territory, blending hands-on leadership, team supervision, and organizational skills.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; supervisory experience preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; ability to efficiently oversee associates across multiple communities; highly adaptable to changing circumstances; skilled in managing schedules, timecards, and administrative tasks; strong communicator with the ability to inspire and motivate associates; dedicated to upholding integrity and ethical conduct
