About: Valet Living, an industry-leading waste management company, is seeking an Area Leader to oversee waste, recycling, and compost collection across multiple multifamily communities. This role involves managing a team of Service Valets, ensuring high service standards, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; supervisory experience preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; ability to oversee service delivery across multiple communities efficiently; highly adaptable to changing environments; skilled in scheduling, time management, and problem-solving; strong communicator and team leader; dedicated to upholding integrity and professionalism
