Position: Area Leader
About: Valet Living is a waste collection and recycling company responsible for managing waste services across multifamily communities. The Area Leader position involves overseeing a team of part-time Service Valets and ensuring high service standards are met within the assigned territory through effective leadership and organizational skills.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; supervisory experience preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required, including Outlook and basic Excel skills; ability to efficiently oversee associates across multiple communities; highly adaptable to changing circumstances; skilled in managing schedules, timecards, and administrative tasks; strong communicator and motivator; dedicated to upholding integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct
