About: Valet Living is a waste and recycling management company that specializes in providing services to multifamily communities. The Area Leader role involves overseeing the collection of waste, recycling, and compost across multiple communities, managing a team of part-time Service Valets, and ensuring high service standards are met within the designated territory.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; supervisory experience preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; ability to efficiently oversee associates across multiple communities; highly adaptable to changing circumstances; skilled in managing schedules, timecards, and administrative tasks; strong communicator with the ability to provide professional support; capable of inspiring and motivating associates; dedicated to upholding high standards of integrity and professionalism
