Position: Area Leader
About: Valet Living is a company dedicated to efficient waste management services across multifamily communities. The Area Leader role involves overseeing and managing the collection of waste, recycling, and compost, leading a team of part-time Service Valets, and ensuring exceptional service delivery within the assigned territory.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; supervisory experience preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; ability to oversee associates across multiple communities efficiently; highly adaptable to changing circumstances; skilled in managing schedules, timecards, and administrative tasks; strong communicator with the ability to provide professional support; proven capability to inspire and motivate associates; dedicated to upholding high standards of integrity and ethical conduct
