Position: Area Leader
About: Valet Living, a waste management company, is seeking an Area Leader to oversee waste, recycling, and compost collection across multifamily communities. This role involves managing a team of Service Valets to ensure top-quality service delivery within the designated territory. The position demands hands-on leadership, team supervision, and strong organizational skills to maintain efficient operations and exceed service expectations.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; supervisory experience preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; ability to oversee associates across multiple communities efficiently; highly adaptable to changing circumstances; skilled in managing schedules and administrative tasks; strong communicator with the ability to inspire and motivate associates; dedicated to upholding integrity and ethical conduct in all aspects of work
