About: As an Area Leader, you will manage the daily operations of a team of Service Valets across multiple apartment communities, ensuring effective waste and recycling collection. Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; Proven track record in building and leading successful teams; Strong analytical skills; Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; Understanding of basic employment law and customer service principles; Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively; Exceptional communication and organizational skills
