About: The hotel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to lead the operations and ensure the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction. The role involves strategic planning, budgeting, staff management, and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Requirements: Must have a minimum of 5 years in hospitality management as a Hotel Manager or in another leadership position; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or equivalent experience and studies; Hilton and Marriott Brand experience strongly preferred; Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills; Proven track record in delivering financial results and building cohesive teams; Strong competence in food and beverage operations; Commitment to exceptional guest service
