Position: Area Facilities Manager- HVAC
About: Victra, the leading exclusive premium retailer for Verizon, aims to connect technology to life in a trusting and profitable manner. As the Area HVAC Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for providing facilities support to Victra’s retail stores across 48 states.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree recommended; 3 to 5 years of experience in multi-unit facilities support roles, preferably with 1-3 years focused on HVAC management; strong time management and organizational skills; ability to influence, hold accountable, and provide objective feedback; strong oral/written communication and presentation skills; resourcefulness, flexibility, and resiliency; ability to facilitate technical training to non-technical professionals; proven experience managing multiple assignments and projects with varying deadlines
