Position: Area Facilities Manager
About: The Area Facilities Manager is responsible for the oversight of assigned facilities and maintenance programs. They manage a direct relationship with outsourced providers on the day-to-day operations of equipment, property, and physical plant, ensuring compliance with established maintenance programs and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include managing maintenance processes, facilities projects, budgets, field visits, and representing the Facilities department in meetings with key stakeholders.
Requirements: Education: High School or Equivalent Experience; Experience: 3-5 years of Management of multi-unit retail operations in a franchise environment; Strong communication skills; Ability to perform multitasks within competing timeliness; General or Strong knowledge of Project management processes; Self-reliant and Motivated in a non-office environment
