Position: Architectural Project Manager – Restaurants
About: A well-established Architecture and Design firm in Philadelphia specializing in restaurant and hospitality projects is seeking a skilled Senior Architectural Project Manager to join their team. Requirements: Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in the North American Architectural Industry, with at least 4+ years working in project management in a consulting environment; Multi-disciplinary experience with some restaurant project experience; Ability to develop detailed work plans for architectural and engineering disciplines, monitor project progress, and work with project financials; Good knowledge of the Building code; Leadership experience in quality assurance and control procedures for all deliverables; Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; Strong expertise in building technology and construction methods; Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
