Position: Architectural Project Manager

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in architecture and a minimum of three years of architectural project management experience; Minimum of 10 years of architectural experience under the direct supervision of a Registered Architect; Minimum of three years of relevant work experience in single family residential architectural systems; High proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with project teams, consultants, and clients; In-depth knowledge of construction drawing/detailing for IBC Type V residential architecture and associated building systems; Expertise in solving complex architectural design and construction challenges; Solid understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural, and Civil Engineering; Ability to lead and manage consulting teams; Strong organizational and multitasking skills; Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously; Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail; A proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they arise; Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
