Position: Arborist, Branch Manager

Requirements: The proven ability to establish, maintain, and grow a sales territory; The ability to successfully manage, monitor, and direct a staff of Sales Arborists; Basic knowledge of budgeting and P&L work; Hands-on knowledge of tree, plant, and lawn care; Major account management; The ability to prepare and present proposals; Outstanding leadership skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills/listening skills. ISA Arborist certification required; Bachelors Degree in Arboriculture, Natural Resources, Horticulture, or related field. Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience selling as a Sales Arborist; Management experience in the tree care industry.
