Position: Apprentice General Manager

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous restaurant experience; ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location; passion for leadership, team development, and delivering excellent guest experiences; business knowledge including P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and staffing; ability to oversee food preparation while maintaining a clean and organized restaurant
