Position: APPRENTICE BARTENDER – OSCAR’S
About: The Plaza, an upscale resort setting, is currently seeking a Bar Apprentice to provide excellent service to guests at the bar, maintain cleanliness, and support the Bartender with various tasks. The Plaza values teamwork, exceptional guest experiences, and adherence to high service standards in a vibrant hospitality environment.
Requirements: At least 1 year of previous Apprentice Bartending experience; Must have 1 year of customer service experience; Working knowledge of spirits, wine, and food; Working knowledge of liquor dispensing guns; Excellent customer service skills; Ability to lead and mentor a team; Must have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts; Professional appearance and demeanor; Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; High school diploma or equivalent; Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms
