Position: Apprentice Bartender
About: Are you looking to be a part of a service luxury style establishment that values fun and making friends? Join our team as a Bar Apprentice and play a crucial role in providing excellent service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the Bartender in various tasks.
Requirements: At minimum 1 year experience as a bar porter and/or bar back, preferably in a high-volume nightclub or high-volume restaurant; current and/or previous modeling experience preferred but not required; must have knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes; work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; 21 years or older; requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner; must possess a valid Nevada alcohol awareness card and a health department card; must be neat and clean in appearance and physically fit to perform the duties required; must be able observant and quick to respond to various situations while also multitasking and handling stressful situations; must be able to operate: cash register, two and six wheel carts, juice, soda and liquor guns, cutting boards, coffee and frozen drink machines, ice machines, shot glasses, mixers, pourers, blenders, beer keg/soda/wine/juice hook-ups, and knives; requires the ability to work within a team environment. If hired in as a steady extra (SE) position, the Apprentice Bartender-Model must be available to work all shifts, to include Day, Swing and Grave shifts.
