Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years related experience in a healthcare environment preferred; excellent customer service skills; ability to work independently and as a team; clear and effective communication skills; ability to multitask; familiar with Microsoft Office software; strong work ethic and professionalism; positive customer service demeanor
