Position: Apartment Porter/Groundskeeper ($16-$19)
About: Responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings of multi-family residential apartments.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; valid driver’s license; ability to operate a vehicle according to community needs; ability to pass a drug test; strong communication skills; ability to perform maintenance tasks without outside assistance; ability to work well in a team environment; comply with company policies and employee handbook
