Position: Apartment Porter/Groundskeeper ($16-18)
About: Responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings of multi-family residential apartments.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in maintenance or property management preferred; ability to perform various maintenance tasks independently; valid driver’s license required; must pass a drug test; excellent communication skills for interacting with residents and management; ability to work effectively in a team environment; compliance with company policies and procedures
