Position: Hotel General Manager
About: Andaz Miami Beach is a new luxury hotel set to open in late 2024 after a renovation of the existing Confidante Miami Beach property. It will be the first Andaz hotel in Florida, expanding Hyatt’s Andaz brand in the state.
Requirements: Hotel General Manager experience in a lifestyle hotel; excellent interpersonal skills; track record of successful leadership with a test-and-learn mindset; history of creating unique, non-traditional hotel experiences; creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit; sales, marketing and finance knowledge
