About: As a Cashier/Greeter at Buffalo Wild Wings, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring timely seating and managing all guest needs in a friendly and helpful manner. Job responsibilities include providing a warm welcome, communicating waiting times, seating guests appropriately, assisting with takeout orders, bussing tables, maintaining cleanliness, achieving high guest satisfaction, addressing customer concerns, and inviting guests to return.
Requirements: At least 18 years of age; Prior foodservice experience strongly preferred
