Position: AMP/Shift Lead
About: The Shift Leader position at a restaurant is responsible for overseeing restaurant operations and personnel during assigned shifts to ensure company standards are met in terms of quality, timeliness, and guest satisfaction.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; valid driver’s license and car insurance required; successful completion of training and certifications; 2 years of restaurant or equivalent experience preferred; demonstrated time management, organizational, and communication skills required; flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, and computer operations preferred
