Position: American Beauty Server
About: American Beauty, soon to open at The Grove, is seeking skilled and committed Servers to join their team. The restaurant’s first location on Rose Ave in Venice offers a unique dining experience with chef-driven cuisine, creatively crafted drinks, and a vibrant yet casual ambiance including a horseshoe bar and a lush patio. American Beauty aims to integrate with the Fairfax community and become a neighborhood staple.
Requirements: At least 2 years of experience as a server in a contemporary, chef-driven, and full-service restaurant; commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences; adherence to service standards, food safety, menu knowledge, and hospitable service; familiarity with technology like POS systems (Toast), reservation platforms (Open Table), and scheduling tools (Hot Schedules); flexible schedule with open availability
