Position: Ambulatory Reception Scheduler Coordinator
About: Regions outpatient Rehab, part of HealthPartners, is seeking an individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our Neuroscience Center as an Ambulatory Reception Coordinator/Scheduler. This position involves independently performing patient check-in, registration/insurance verification, appointment scheduling, providing patient directions, and supporting the Scheduling Coordinators for all outpatient sites.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year previous clerical and/or customer service experience; Two years post-secondary education in Healthcare or Business Administration; Three to four years in a healthcare setting
