Position: Ambassadors Captain – Guest Services
About: The Captain Ambassador will play an important role as a valet attendant with added management responsibilities to include overseeing the operation of the valet parking function for the Virgin Hotel and Casino. They will ensure an efficient, cohesive working environment, enforce safety regulations, and maintain positive guest contact.
Requirements: A minimum of one year in valet and/or bell/door functions or closely related experience; Have a valid Nevada driver’s license and a good driving record; Ability to communicate effectively with customers and all levels of employees; Ability to run across flat land and up and down stairs efficiently; Ability to reach, grasp keys for customer vehicles; Capability to drive cars of all types; Must be able to bend, squat, twist, carry, lift, push, and pull to handle luggage up to 65 pounds; Observational and leadership skills
