Position: Amazon – Lead Receptionist

The Lead Receptionist oversees daily administrative tasks, including greeting guests, distributing badges, and providing assistance to callers, aiming to create a customer-centric experience through every interaction.

Requirements: Experience leading people; Experience operating a front desk environment; Excellent in-person customer service skills with polite phone etiquette; Positive attitude and ability to work well with others; Reliable, punctual, and organized with multitasking abilities; High school diploma; Ability to maintain confidentiality, composure, and good judgment in high-stress environments; Attention to detail and accuracy
