Requirements: At least three years of experience in a luxury hotel or similar; TIPS, ServSafe and Department of Health and Hygiene certifications; extensive service knowledge; working knowledge of food preparation, wine and spirits; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to stand for long periods
