Position: AM LINE COOK
About: Èlephante Scottsdale, a vibrant and fresh dining destination in Scottsdale, AZ, known for its Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and coastal charm, is seeking talented and passionate individuals to join their culinary team.
Requirements: Completion of company-provided in-venue Line Cook training and possession of a valid Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain); Previous culinary experience strongly preferred, particularly in high-volume kitchen operations; Demonstrated ability to execute line cook duties effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic culinary environment; Physical capability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat and cleaning chemicals; Strong focus and adaptability under pressure in an ever-changing, high-energy atmosphere; Flexible availability, including the ability to work morning shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
