Position: AM Line Cook
About: The Jasper Hotel, located in Fargo, is seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join their culinary team. The hotel prides itself on providing a sophisticated and avant-garde experience for both local patrons and travelers, combining luxury with community vibes in a 6,000 square foot space featuring Rosewild Restaurant, a lobby lounge, and a café.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience as a Cook in a culinary environment; advanced knowledge of culinary techniques; ability to work collaboratively with culinary leadership and peers; strong task-oriented and detail-driven work ethic; evening availability for dinner service; commitment to continuous learning and skill development in a team setting
