The hosts are the first impression of the restaurant, setting the tone for signature hospitality. They practice clear communication, impeccable service, and uphold the culture. Ideal candidates have a great handle on the reservation system and bookrunning.
Requirements: Shift Availability: AM Lunch/Brunch Availability; Experience in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment; Must be a great team player; Emotionally intelligent; Must have a good attitude towards change and ambiguity; High level of personal hygiene and personal presentation; Able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment; Attention to detail; Unwilling to compromise on standards or accept shortcuts; Consistent in performance and reliability; Able to work in sync with the flow of the restaurant; Must have weekend availability; Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time; Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
