Position: AM Cook – Hawks Training Facility
About: Proof of the Pudding (POP) is the food service provider for the Atlanta Hawks Basketball Club at the Emory Sports Medicine Complex. This complex is the official practice facility of the Hawks. POP provides meal services multiple times per day year-round to ensure players, staff, and coaches are fueled with a health-focused menu. POP is seeking additional Cooks to assist in daily food service preparations, clean up, and service flips, and help the general manager in daily duties.
Requirements: 1+ year of experience working in a kitchen or as an interactive chef is preferred; Must have knowledge of food preparation/food service with a strong understanding of the execution of recipes; The ability to remain professional and respectful when among VIP clients; Due to a client request, all employees must be vaccinated against COVID-19; Excellent listening and communication skills; Renowned time management and organization skills; Strong Customer Service skills with the desire to go above and beyond a client’s needs; The ability to work alone and as a team; Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn and adapt quickly
