Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume fine dining setting; exceptional communication skills; previous experience as a busser or server assistant in a full-service restaurant; quick learning ability and a penchant for retaining information; intellectual curiosity and a desire for continuous improvement; strong organizational skills and the ability to work as part of a team; must have the physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods
